A Pilates Semi-Private Group consists of a small group session with up to six individuals practicing Pilates together under the guidance of an instructor.

Mat Pilates ( 6 People group )

Mat Pilates Group involves a small group session of up to six individuals practicing Pilates exercises together on a mat, guided by an instructor. Participants perform a series of exercises focusing on core strength.

Pilates for Pregnancy

Pilates for Pregnancy involves modified Pilates exercises specifically designed to accommodate the changing needs and abilities of pregnant women. These exercises focus on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, promoting good posture, and enhancing overall body awareness during pregnancy.

Pilates for scoliosis involves using Pilates exercises to help manage the symptoms and improve the quality of life for individuals with scoliosis, a condition characterized by an abnormal curvature of the spine.

Bodyshape & RollShape

Bodyshape and RollShape are fitness programs designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Bodyshape combines cardiovascular and strength exercises, while RollShape uses foam rollers for myofascial release and muscle relaxation.

 
 
 
 
 

Core Pilates Policy & Rules

1. Cancellations and Scheduling
* Sessions must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
* Sessions not canceled within this time frame will be deducted from the current package, regardless of the reason for absence.
* Cancellations and rescheduling must be made through the studio’s official communication channels (phone, email, or online system).

2. Payments and Packages
* All package payments must be made in advance prior to the start of the first session.
* Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Packages are valid only within the time period stated at the time of purchase. Packages classified as Private, Duet, or Trio include an additional 7 days of validity after the expiration date.

3. Health and Safety
* Clients participate in Pilates sessions at their own responsibility for their personal health and well-being.
* In case of pain or discomfort during a session, clients are advised to stop immediately and consult a qualified medical professional before continuing.
* Pilates instructors are not responsible for diagnosing or treating medical conditions and cannot provide medical advice.

4. Studio Conduct
* Clients are expected to maintain proper hygiene and wear appropriate workout attire during sessions.
* The use of cell phones or recording devices during classes is not permitted.
* Equipment must be used with care and returned to its proper place after use.
* The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left on the premises.
